This activity offer a solid dose of action and adrenaline. At the same time, safety is important, all participants will get floating coats and lifeewests, and the boats are operated by certified drivers. Examples of  destinatons to explore are Glesvær, Golta, Marstein Lighthouse and Bakkasund.

Coasteering

This is a quite new activity in Norway, but it has been popular in Great Britain since the 1980s. With wetsuits and protective equipment you ill challenge the forces of the sea at the seaside, mostly where there are steep cliffs and narrow gorges. You will be instructed by certified instructors.

Go-kart

The first go-kart center in Norway with electric go-karts recently opened at Straume, 25 minutes drive from Austefjordtunet. This activity provides a lot of action for both adults and children, the also have junior-karts which can be driven by children from the age of 3.

Nordsjøfartmuseet

The village Telavåg got a very special place in the history when the German occupants decided to erase it from the map. The history of The North Sea Traffic and the reprisals that followed when the illegal activity was compromised is told at Nordsjøfartmuseet by film, pictures and exhibits.

Fjell Fortress

At Fjell Fortress you will get a look into the history of the fortress which as built by Russian war prisoners during World War II. Here you can choose the paved road or the path from Fjell, called Russarstegen.

Teambuilding

Sotra Villmarksenter is a traditional arranger of teambuildings and other activities. They have a camp at Spilde about 10 minutes drive from Austefjordtunet.

Frisbee golf
